Welcome to Prop Health Pty Ltd (“Prop Health”, “we”, “us”).
By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Prop Health provides:
- Free Property Health Checks (40-point)
- Subscription-based preventative maintenance
- Quarterly property inspections (Subscription based)
- Repair and maintenance services
Our model is preventative, structured, and subscription-driven, not reactive handyman work
3. BOOKINGS & INSPECTIONS
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Clients must provide accurate property and access details
- Inspection reports are delivered within 24 hours
4. FREE PROPERTY HEALTH CHECKS
- Free inspections are a diagnostic service, not a guarantee of full defect identification
- Findings are based on visible and accessible areas only
- Reports are recommendations, not compliance certificates
5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
- Subscription plans are billed monthly via debit order/subscriptionrenewal
- Services include quarterly inspections and preventative maintenance
- Subscription pricing is fixed unless formally revised
6. PAYMENTS
- All services must be paid for as agreed
- Repairs require quote approval before work begins
- Late or failed payments may result in service suspension
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Prop Health shall not be liable for:
- Hidden or latent defects
- Issues not visible during inspection
- Damage resulting from delayed client action
- Third-party contractor work
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must:
- Provide safe access to property
- Ensure utilities are operational during inspection
- Act on recommendations where necessary
9. CANCELLATIONS
- Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All reports, images, and documents remain the property of Prop Health and may not be reused without permission.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
